What is a sweat test?

The Sweatprint™ Test measures two things that vary enormously between athletes: your sweat sodium concentration and your sweat rate. We use that data, plus your intake profile, to engineer a drink-mix formula for your physiology instead of the average athlete's.

Does it hurt? How is sweat collected?

No — it's non-invasive. During a normal training effort, sweat is collected from patches on the skin, then analyzed for sodium concentration. Sweat rate is calculated from body-weight change and fluid intake over the session. TODO: confirm exact in-house methodology.

How is my formula different from a normal sports drink?

Off-the-shelf drinks assume one sweat profile for everyone. Sweat sodium ranges roughly 5–10x across the population. Solute engineers your sodium, maltodextrin, and fructose ratios to your measured losses, then layers on any optional additives your intake supports.

How much carbohydrate and sodium will I get?

It depends entirely on your Sweatprint™ results and session parameters (duration, intensity, climate). That's the point — there's no fixed number we can quote here. Your formula label shows the exact grams of carbohydrate and mg of sodium per serving.
