Sampling across a few sessions — cool, hot, and long or high-intensity — lets us build a personal response curve and predict your fluid and electrolyte needs in conditions you haven't tested yet, bounded by what the research says about heat, altitude, intensity, and duration.

A plan for the exact day, not the average one
Give us the event — duration, course, altitude, start time, aid-station spacing, and the forecast — and your model produces an hour-by-hour fluid and sodium plan with pre-load and if-then contingencies ("if it's hotter than forecast, shift to Plan B"). This is the piece that today usually requires a sports nutritionist.
Adaptive re-testing
A living model that re-samples as you adapt
Sweat rate and electrolyte concentration shift as you heat-acclimatize and move through training blocks. We time re-testing to those adaptation points — individually or across a whole team — so your formula tracks your physiology instead of drifting out of date.
